I always start with an initial consultation, which is necessary to gain a clear perspective of your project, this is free of charge. I will visit you and spend up to an hour getting to know you, determining your style, and what you hope to achieve.
I like to start with a tour of your home and/or go over any architect or building plans. I will take plenty of photos and notes, so the more information you can give me about your project, the better our end result will be.
I’d love to see: any inspirational images you have, or your Pinterest link, a current floor plan, and architect or building plans (if applicable).
A quote and a plan outlining how we will proceed will be emailed to you in the days following your consultation.
I work with clients nationwide, so if you live outside the Wellington Region, I can travel to you - please note in this case the consultation fee will include travel, which will be advised. I may be able to do the initial consultation by phone or Zoom.US, and, in this case, I will require you to send us photos and a floor plan.
A consultation is followed by my proposal and, if accepted, a custom design including any or all of the following - selection of materials and finishes, kitchen, bathroom and laundry design, colours, floor and window treatments, furniture and accessories, lighting and art, as well as a furniture plan. You can then think of us as your personal shopper - I will order, track and manage all purchases. I can project manage any contractors, and finally can install and style your finished space.
